We are committed to providing our users with a seamless and secure payment experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for transactions made via our platform.
Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Cancellation
- Cancellations may only be requested if the transaction fails. A transaction failure may occur due to various reasons, such as payment gateway issues, technical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances during the payment process.
- Once a transaction is successfully completed and the payment has been processed, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Requesting a Cancellation
- Cancellations must be initiated only by calling our customer service team. Our customer service team is available to assist you with the cancellation process.
- Requests made via email, social media, or other means will not be considered valid for cancellation purposes. Only phone calls to our customer service team will be processed.
Payment Gateway Charges
In the event of a cancellation due to transaction failure, payment gateway charges and taxes will not be refunded. Payment gateway charges are retained by the payment gateway provider and are non-refundable.
No Cancellations for Successful Transactions
No cancellations are available for successful transactions. Once a payment has been processed successfully, cancellations are not permitted.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds will only be initiated by SuperPe if the transaction is deemed to have failed. This includes, but is not limited to, technical errors, payment gateway issues, or suspicion of fraud that prevent the transaction from being completed successfully.
- The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exclusion of Payment Gateway Charges
Refunds will exclude any payment gateway charges and taxes. These charges, which are imposed by the payment gateway provider, are non-refundable and will not be returned to the user.
Processing of Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated by SuperPe only after the cancellation request has been confirmed. The process may take several business days, depending on the payment method and the payment gateway's processing times.
- The refunded amount will reflect only the original transaction amount minus the non-refundable payment gateway charges and taxes.
No Refunds for Successful Transactions
Refunds will not be provided for successful transactions. Once a transaction has been completed successfully, users are not eligible for a refund, irrespective of the circumstances.
General Terms
Transaction Review
- All requests for cancellation and refunds will be reviewed by our customer service team and relevant departments. If we determine that the transaction did not meet the criteria for a failure or cancellation, we will inform you of the decision promptly.
- Our decision regarding the eligibility of a cancellation or refund is final and binding.
Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, network failures, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent SuperPe from processing cancellations or refunds, we will not be held responsible for delays or failures in service.
Amendments to the Policy
SuperPe reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be communicated to users via the website or other appropriate channels. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon publication.

Refund Request
